Paula Schoen is an American artist known for paintings that are inspired by Nature. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Art, she lives and works in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Her work is in numerous private and corporate collections. Selected group and solo exhibitions include the Biennial of Contemporary Art in Florence, Italy, the Riverside Art Museum, Laguna Art Museum, and the Boston International Fine Art Show. Her paintings have been featured in ARTnews, New Art in Europe, Architectural Digest, American Artist, and Southwest Art.
In addition to painting, she writes critical reviews, interviews contemporary artists, and has worked with the New Mexico Museum of Art to preserve historical, spoken word recordings.
